We set out from Eilat and drive along the Arava Valley towards the Dead Sea where we stop for a short break. There is also a possibility to take a short dip in its unique and healthy water. Then we ascend to The Holy City, Jerusalem. We start with a panoramic view from The Mount of Olives – a good place for an introduction to the city and its history. Then we visit the holy sites of the three monotheistic religions represented in Jerusalem: We start with the Wailing Wall, which represents the last remnants of the Jewish Temple, destroyed by the Romans. Usually, you can see the various types of Jews who come to worship at this holy place. If open to visitors we ascend to the Temple Mount where we can look at the famous Dome of the Rock. Then we continue through the Arab Market (“Souq”) to the “Via Dolorosa”, Jesus’ “Way of Suffering”, which leads us to The Church of the Holy Sepulcher where according to the Christian tradition Jesus was crucified and buried. After lunch, we drive to Bethlehem, the birth town of Jesus Christ. Here we visit the Church of the Nativity including the Grotto of the Manger. This church is the oldest church in the world and has never been destroyed to this very day.

Important remark: This visit can be canceled without prior notice due to security regulations or other reasons which are not under our control. Responsibility in the Palestinian-controlled areas is solely on our Palestinian colleagues.

Day 2

After Breakfast, we visit the old city of Jaffa one of the ancient gateways to the Holy Land: Through its port, the Cedar trees for Salomon's Temple were brought. The prophet Jonas tried to flee God but most importantly it was in Jaffa where Christianity began to be spread among the nations. Here St. Peter lived in the house of Simon the Tanner and had the "Vision of the Flesh", and here he made his first miracle by healing the little girl. Today Jaffa's renovated alleyways attract many artists who have their galleries there. We drive to Caesarea Maritima, the magnificent port city built by King Herod the Great. From here St. Peter went to Rome and started with his first miracles. In Caesarea's well-preserved theatre an inscription of the procurator Pontius Pilate was found. We continue to Tell Meggido, one of Israel's most ancient cities, where we can find traces of fortifications left by the Canaanites, King Salomon, King Ahab, and more, as well as a very sophisticated water system, some claim was built by the king Salomon. This strategic place has always been the scenery of war, and according to John's Revelation, it is here where the last battle shall take place – the battle of Armaggedon. Overnight in Nazareth/Tiberias

Day 3

After early breakfast transfer to Nazareth. Begin the day with a walking tour of Nazareth including the Church of Annunciation, The old city, and the Market (souq). On the way from Nazareth, we will pass through Kana and continue to Capernaum for a visit to Peter's House, then we will go to visit the Church on the Mt. of Beatitudes, where the Sermon on the Mount took place, Tabhga, the Church of the Primacy and the Church of the Multiplication. Back to Eilat border for departure.
